At BerryCute™, we take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔹 No Returns or Exchanges – We do not offer returns or product exchanges once an order is delivered.
🔹 Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
1. If the product is received in a damaged, defective, incorrect condition or wrong product.
2. A complete unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the moment the parcel is sealed and being opened. The video must be clear, continuous (no cuts or pauses), and show the issue properly.
🔹 Timeframe for Claims – Any refund request must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery with the unboxing video proof.
🔹 Refund Method – Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or UPI/bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
❌ Refund requests without proper proof (unboxing video) or raised after 12 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
